Terms and Conditions
- Reservation Policy: All reservations at The Village Inn are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfer. For bank transfers, please contact us for the necessary details. We also accept payments via High Point Travel Atlantic bank payment link for added convenience.
- Children and Extra Beds: Children of all ages are welcome at The Village Inn. Extra beds may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Village Inn, with the exception of service animals.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabanas and public areas of The Village Inn. A designated smoking area is provided for guests who wish to smoke.
- Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay at The Village Inn. Any such damages or losses will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
- Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and enhancing your experience at The Village Inn. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Village Inn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this page regularly for updates.
